Processing Time

  • In-Stock Products: Orders for in-stock items typically take 5–8 business days to process and ship using standard ground shipping. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items may take up to 30 days for delivery. The specific ship date will be listed on the product page, and we will notify you when your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5-8 business days for in-stock items.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge. Shipping times will depend on the option selected during checkout. Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

  • For all physical items, we currently ship to US and Canada.
  • Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain areas due to local laws or regulations. If we are unable to ship your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Digital purchases are available to customers worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, please note the following restrictions:

  • Used Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened and used.
  • Digital Products: All digital products (e.g., downloadable files, compcard templates, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
